'Tolerance' by Hendrik Van Loon - top of the list. I've read it a couple of times
'The Science of Swimming' by James E Counsilman - the bible of swimming.
I have a couple of copies. Plus, he published a later book, The Techniques of Swimming
- I watch coaches still trying to figure out stuff that Counsilman figured out almost 60 years ago
'A Dose of Sanity' by Sydney Walker Jr - read it and weep.
'Dissolving Illusions' by Suzanne Humphries, MD and Roman Bystrianyk
- this one will really mess you up.
'Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health' - read it before you try and say anything about it...
Author: Peter Breggin MD - anything by him
Carl Von Clausewitz - 'On War' - really tough read but worth it.
Trout and Ries 'Marketing Warfare'
'Siddhartha' by Herman Hesse - please, please, read this.
'On Film Making' by Edward Dmytryk - I raised my boys on movies.
John Taylor Gatto: 'Dumbing Us Down' and 'Weapons of Mass Instruction'
- you will never be the same...
'Why Johnny Can't Read' by Rudolf Flesch
'The Power Of The Powerless' by Vaclav Havel
