There is only one short bit of this swimmer above water.
From that you can see good arm recovery.
And great rotation.
Arm recovery is very good: bent elbow and hands entering forward instead of crossing over.
Very streamlined.
But her catch/pull is ‘short’. Not getting enough water.
Because she is dropping her elbow.
Underwater video shows this well.
It is very visible in the last clip where I’ve slowed it down.
She needs to drive forward and down before pushing back.
Keeping her elbow high to catch the water properly.
The underwater video also shows the good rotation and breathing technique.
Once the dropped elbow is fixed and we have more power in the catch, we can work on getting more power from her kick.
